Senior Software Developer
The role
Build backend systems that bring AI into production software. You'll write concurrent Go microservices, run them on Kubernetes, and integrate machine-learning models into reliable, well-tested services.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and test high-performance, concurrent microservices in Go.
- Containerize services with Docker and run them across Kubernetes clusters.
- Build the APIs and backend services that connect production software to LLMs, ML models, and MLOps platforms.
- Own CI/CD pipelines for testing, builds, and zero-downtime deployments.
- Apply strict security practices, lead root-cause analysis, and write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Plan, review, and ship with the team on an Agile cadence.
What you bring
- 5+ years of hands-on software development, with strong Go.
- Microservices architectures on Kubernetes: Helm, kubectl, and service meshes.
- Integrating AI platforms or ML APIs, or running AI/ML application infrastructure.
- CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or Jenkins.
- REST and gRPC APIs, relational and non-relational databases, and Git workflows.
- Agile/Scrum experience and disciplined engineering habits.
Bonus
- MLOps frameworks or AI orchestration tools.
- AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Message queues such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS.
Eligibility
- U.S. citizenship required. Selected applicants undergo a background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- An active Top Secret (TS) clearance is strongly preferred.
